The moment you have entered your details on the Tendi website and you have received a confirmation e-mail, Tendi will consider the booking as definitive. If you then want to change something or still cancel, there are costs involved in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
However, Tendi reserves the right not to definitively book the trip you booked. The reason for this is that a trip can be booked both by telephone and on-line and can therefore be sold twice as incidentally. In addition, keeping track of our stock is partly manual work and a human error can be made.
If you book a trip that appears to be no longer available, we will contact you and offer you a fully-fledged alternative.
If you do not want to use this, the booking will be canceled and you will of course have no further costs and you will not receive an invoice.
