Lake Garda is one of the most famous Italian lakes and is very popular with holidaymakers. Camping Weekend is located on the southwest side of Lake Garda. From the campsite you walk via a forest path to the lake. The nearest (pebble) beach is only 400 meters from Camping Weekend. Lake Garda and the surrounding area are characterized by green hills, mountains and of course beautiful Italian villages and towns, located along Lake Garda. Sirmione and Salo are some of the unmissable examples in the South West. But also on the north side of Lake Garda, Riva del Garda and Limone are definitely worth a visit.

The region is not only known for Lake Garda, but there are also several wine and olive farmers. In the immediate vicinity are several specialty shops and farms where wine and olive oil can be tasted. Of course you can also visit larger cultural cities from here, such as Verona, Venice and Milan. This is a place where you will fully enjoy real Italian life.

The surrounding hills and mountains are ideal for sporty hiking and cycling trips. And of course you can enjoy sailing, sailing or surfing on Lake Garda.

Camping

Camping Weekend is a pleasant, medium-sized family campsite on more than 5 hectares on the edge of Lake Garda, located 3 kilometers from the villages of San Felice del Benaco and Salo. The Tendi Safari tents with private bathroom and floor / loft are located on a separate plateau on the higher part of the campsite. The Tendi tents have 3 bedrooms, an attractive veranda with lounge set and have partial views and are surrounded by trees all around.

The various terraces provide a pleasant and uncluttered atmosphere at the campsite. Naturally, there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a separate children's pool with a 4-meter-wide slide at Camping Weekend. In high season there is a fun entertainment program for the children, or they can have fun in one of the 3 playgrounds. In the evening, enjoy Italian cuisine in the restaurant or on the terrace and the beautiful view over Lake Garda and the charming town of Salo. There is a choice of Italian pasta, meat and fish dishes and the pizzas come from the traditional stone oven. There is also a special children's menu for children. In short, a campsite for young and old.

Tip: You can find cheap flights from Amsterdam / Eindhoven to Verona or Milan Bergamo with Ryanair, Transavia, Easyjet or Alitalia.

Note: At the Weekend campsite, the Tendi Safari Tents with bathroom have 3 bedrooms. Because of this we do not place extra tents.
